Won’t this
be intrusive to my customers?
Our service,
being permission based ONLY, your customer’s have signed
up for and given you permission to send them
information. They will see your name in the “From” and
“Subject” area in the E-mail. With our standard
2-a-month frequency of communications, your customers
will not get too many emails. Also, on each email sent
to your customers by us, they always have the
opportunity to unsubscribe.
I don’t
want to ask my customers for personal information.
All you need
to participate in the program is First Name, E-mail
address, and zip code. Your customers can optionally
provide their birthday, their spouse’s name and
birthday, and their anniversary. No address, phone
number, credit card, or last name is needed. Your
customers will be able to join without disclosing much
personal information.
I will not
have time to utilize this program.
The beauty of
our intouchdining.com managed approach is we do all the
work for you. We input all customer information forms
and we create all E-mail distributions, handle all
bounce / data management. All you have to do is provide
your project leader information on what you want
distributed.
Why can’t I
do this myself?
The technology
exists for you to do this yourself. However, the time
needed to set this up and manage it, is quite extensive.
The professional appearance of the E-mail distributions
is also difficult to duplicate. Others who have tried to
implement a similar system have done so with very
limited success and at a cost more than the investment
for our full-service managed solution.

have enough information to send out twice-a-month.
You can send
bi-monthly or monthly if you choose. Also,
intouchdining.com staff will assist you with ideas and
examples of information you can distribute. When you
review with our professional project management staff
all the various topics, themes, messages, you will find
that we can assist in developing a successful program
communicating good and effective messages.
I do not
offer discounts in my establishment.
You can use
our program to promote events, new items, weekly
specials, and general information on your place. You do
not have to offer discounts for the program to be
effective. Offering other types of information will
enhance presence of mind and drive frequency and
loyalty.
